Events & Parties

  • A deposit of 50% of your quoted coverage fee is due immediately to reserve your event date, along with your signed contract. We will not reserve a date or time without BOTH your payment and the signed contract. The remainder of your balance is due no later than 2 weeks before your event date.
  • SNJ PRODUCTIONS strives to have your photos ready to view and order within 6-8weeks after your event. However, due to the level of attention we provide to your images your wait may be longer. You have the option to put a "rush" on it for an additional fee.

Mini Sessions

  • Mini sessions are done on a specific date, at one location, for various holiday themes. The purpose of a mini session is to utilize the "set" or location in relevance to the holiday and or theme. Therefore bringing props not associated with the set theme (ex, birthday etc..) are not permitted.
  • Time slots are no more than 15-20minutes, therefore arriving on time for your session is very important. Each session will start at the time it was scheduled. Arriving late will shorten the length of your session.
  • No Outfit changes please. Time slots are back to back and time is of the essence. With that said, I would rather spend time connecting with you and your family rather than how many outfits are photographed.
  • Cancellations due to weather is at the photographers discretion only.
  • All sessions include up to 4 people ($5 each additional child $10 each additional adult )
  • Payment of the session is due in full at the time of booking to secure your slot. There are no refunds given for mini session fee/s upon cancellation, or due to no-shows. However, if the cancellation is within 24 hours you may use the credit toward any other session, if booked within 1 month of session date.
  • The location of the mini session being promoted at the time will be disclosed on the advertisement. This is the only location we will be shooting at unless SNJ PRODUCTIONS determines there will be a change in location, In the case that there is a change in location there will be an announcement and personal message sent to every client who is scheduled for that location and anyone who was booked for the mini session will not be charged.
  • A $25 refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking with SNJ productions is due at the time of booking with SNJ productions for your mini session. The remainder of your balance is due at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
  • A mini session includes 10 photos total. If you would like to purchase more images from your session it will be at an additional cost per additional image.
  • Mini sessions are non-refundable & non-transferable
