General Information

  • Once a session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skill invested by SNJ PRODUCTIONS up to and through that point.
  • Online galleries will be available for 2 weeks. If you would like to keep your gallery up for friends/family/guests to view, you will be charged $25 for each additional week after
  • Printed items could take up to 2 weeks for completion. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for items such as albums and canvases.
  • Gift cards can not be applied towards printed items
  • If you arrive late to a session it will result in loss of time to get the best and most images possible.
  • If you decide to reschedule your session you may be eligible to use the same deposit (depending on the situation) towards the new session date.


Sessions

  • Your full session fee is due 24 hours before your session. This can be collected through ApplePay, CashApp, Venmo & Zelle. You must disclose what form of payment upon reservation. See "Payments" for more !
  • A deposit of half is due at the time of booking your session. This deposit will hold your reservation date & time in our schedule.
  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • We will not reserve a date & time without payment
  • SNJ PRODUCTIONS strives to have your photos ready to view and order within 3-4 weeks after your session. However, due to the level of attention we provide to your images, your wait may be longer. You have the option to put a "rush" on it for an additional fee.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date & time. Deposit must be sent within an hour. Deposit goes towards your session. The remaining balance will be due 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • SNJ PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to reschedule any session due to the photographer illness, personal emergency or inclement weather. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund you your paid session fee.
  • As a client you reserve the right to reschedule any studio session with one week PRIOR notice to the photographer at no additional fee.
  • Rescheduling or canceling of your session date within 48 hours may incur of additional fees, and you will not be receiving the refund of your sitting fee deposit.
  • We are very understanding and if you communicate well with us you may be eligible to use the same sitting fee for the re-scheduled session.
